You are cordially invited to come and watch some competitive model glider flying in Bapsfontein, Gauteng, this coming weekend.
We are running our annual National Champs, with pilots from Gauteng, North West Province, Kwazulu Natal and the Western Cape, including pilots just back from the F3K and F5K world championships in Europe. Watch hand launch, electric launch and winch launch glider pilots trying to find the lift and avoid the sink, flying gliders from 1.5m up to 4m wingspans, foam to high tech composite competition models.
